If you've ever pulled up a stool at Rumors Bar & Grill on F Avenue, chances are Sonya Adair has poured your drink, learned your name, and made you laugh before you finished your first sip.
Sonya has fallen ill, and the medical bills and living expenses are piling up faster than anyone should have to face alone. So her friends, coworkers, and regulars are rolling up their sleeves — literally.
On Saturday, August 22nd, a crew of ladies and gents will be washing bikes, cars, trucks, boats, jet skis, and even RVs in the Rumors parking lot from 11am until around 7pm.
Every dollar goes to Sonya.
